The lower cabinet of the wooden cupboard contains a miniature model Vishnu temple, well preserved in a wooden box. The idol of God Thirumal (Vishnu) in the standing position, with the Dwarapalakas, Sridevi, Bhoodevei, and the ceremonial Vishnu ornaments Chanku and Chakra can be seen in this box. From which temple priest the Germans managed to get these vary rare divinely samples are all points to be pondered by cultural historians. I was permitted to see these artifacts in the ‘Wonder-Chamber’ of the Franckens archives in Germany, thanks to its Director Dr. Thomas J. Müller-Bahlke and Mr. Klaus E. Göltz
